As required by the Metropolitan Land Planning Act, the city of Greenwood updates the city's Comprehensive Plan every 10 years. Click on the link below to view the FINAL draft (05.06.20) of the 2040 Comp Plan. Since our small city has been fully developed for several years, very few changes have been made to the new plan compared to the previous version.
