Planning Commission
Greenwood’s planning commission meets the SECOND Wednesday of each month at 6pm. The planning commission holds public hearings and makes recommendations to the city council regarding the zoning code, including recommendations on variance and conditional use permit applications.
Each year, three to four of the planning commission seats expire. These seats are appointed by the city council (typically at the March council meeting). If you are a Greenwood resident interested in serving on the planning commission, please complete the application located above the meeting agenda list on this page. New applicants will be invited to attend a council meeting to share a little about yourself and why you would like to be appointed to the planning commission. Your service is appreciated!
